Sciurus griseus

The western gray is a tree squirrel found along the western coast of the United States and Mexico. There are three geographical subspecies: griseus (central WA to Sierra Nevada); nigripes (San Francisco Bay to San Luis Obispo County, CA); and anthonyi (San Luis Obispo to N Baja CA).
